That is confirmed with the June 2013 date on the can of left over paint. Because the car is garage kept, the plastic window is clear with no yellowing, creasing or signs of age.

The top is four years old and is clean, tight, and free of tears. The convertible top is powered and works quickly as designed and includes a tonneau cover as photographed. It is always covered with an awning during car shows to protect against birds and sun fading. The Houndstooth interior is very clean, free of odors, rips, stains and any signs of fading. The body lines are straight and clean as is the paint.
NOTE: I used a cheap rubber magnet (stronger magnet goes through Bondo) to search for Bondo and found a small amount on bottom of both quarters, but not much. To my knowledge the car is factory original including all signal lights, tail lights, glass (except the windshield and rear window replacement), fenders, quarters and all sheet metal. The BF Goodrich radial TAs have the majority of the tread remaining (7/32 verses new 10/32 so it's better than half at 5/32) with a spare tire and original jack equipment in the trunk. The car has the original, proper date stamped YJ 14 X 7" Rally Rims, original Derby Caps (#392-5805) and trim rings. This 1969 Camaro RS/SS Z11 numbers matching, 350 cu in, 300 hp V8, TH350 Turbo Hydra-Matic 3-speed automatic transmission is a five owner car with traceable history. There is approximately a third of a gallon of touch up paint left over.
The Provenance on this 1969 RS SS Z11 convertible Pace Car includes its Protect-O-Plate & Booklet, Window Sticker, original owner's manual, a seven page letter from the Third Owner discussing the car and conversations with the First Owner, written correspondence and contact information with the Fourth Owner & Fifth Owners (me), and contact information of the Painter who painted it in June 2013.
Given the condition of our car I'd say our asking price is undervalued, but I'm not looking to make money, I just want to cash out with what I paid for the car and move on. The current NADA valuation is Average Retail at $43,900 and a High Retail of $84,200. You get what you pay for! Compared to the following NADA link, our asking price is considerably less than book value, especially considering this car is numbers matching, has a rebuilt transmission and four year old paint, four year old top and interior that still looks new. There are other Pace Cars out there for less money, but they are flawed with inferior paint, replacement aftermarket sheet metal, replacement aftermarket parts, repositioned, questionable trim tags, improperly stamped, decked engine stamp pads, and most important, they are not numbers matching cars NOR DO THEY HAVE THE DOCUMENTED HISTORY THIS Pace Car has. The glove box, personally autographed with a durable paint marker by 1969 INDY 500 Winner Mario Andretti, increases the value even more! This RS SS Numbers Matching Z11 Convertible Pace Car is a Real Collectible! Being one of 3,675 Pace Cars of the 243,085 Camaros built in 1969 (.015 %) adds to its collectability. If you're content having a Fake SS or Fake Z28 or a Non-Numbers Matching Camaro then this car is probably not for you.
